The CDO platform provides SMS-based workforce notifications to employees and authorized users. These messages include:

• Work schedule updates and changes
• Time clock reminders (clock-in, clock-out, break alerts)
• Job assignments and crew dispatch notifications
• Operational alerts and safety communications
• Platform access codes and authentication messages

By providing your phone number and opting into the CDO platform, you consent to receive these SMS messages as part of your employment with S&W Roof Tear Off Corp.

Message frequency varies based on your work schedule, job assignments, and operational needs. You may receive multiple messages per day during active work periods, and fewer messages during off-schedule periods.

S&W Roof Tear Off Corp is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier related to SMS messages sent through the CDO platform.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension of platform access and disciplinary action per company policy.

The CDO platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. S&W Roof Tear Off Corp shall not be liable for:

• Delays or failures in SMS message delivery due to carrier issues
• Interruptions in platform availability due to maintenance or technical issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use

S&W Roof Tear Off Corp's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for platform access during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the CDO platform shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Nevada.
